Sunday Evening at the River

We went to the cabin late this afternoon...after a busy day of church, Brinktown dinner, family pictures, etc It was a good way to finish up the weekend! After sitting at the cabin for quite a while we stopped at the boat ramp on our way out. We gathered up a bunch of Burr Oak acorns, which I am going to do some decorating/displaying somehow. The moon won't be full until Tuesday, but was already coming up. This is the first time I have taken a picture of the moon, guess it turned out ok! This one was taken from the boat ramp.

It was a nice place to be and we are so grateful to have a place where we can go and enjoy the solitude.
