Being Crazy
I won this little fellow several years ago at a Fine Arts Banquet here at school. Several teachers donated "white elephant items" to be drawn as prizes. A teacher that was retiring donated this and I won it. It has been stuffed away in one of my cabinets at school. Since I was cleaning out my room I gave it to the daughter of that retiring teacher, who is now also a teacher at our school.

Cicada Invasion!
They are coming! The thirteen year cicadas! We haven't had much warm weather, but the little we have had you can hear the beginnings of the cicada invasion! Took this picture the other morning before school....I think it's just awesome how nature works!

Flood aftermath
Snapped this pic of a pretty wildflower on our way out.....I should look up the name of it! A muddy mess left by the floodwaters several weeks ago...

Easter Rabbit
Two of my favorite guys...
I bought this sweet little Easter Rabbit at the Old Church Market this Spring from a local vendor. I just thought he was so sweet. You can see part of my "green" display in this picture too.....I really need to move on to my next display...which I plan on being centered on the color blue!
