I had to do an errand this morning for the Lion's Club, so when I went uptown I took my camera with me.....visited a building in the South Ward.....Here is a close-up of the siding.....
It has a loading dock...
At one time it housed a flea market.....
A couple things in the sidewalk....
One window has red, white and blue shutters.....Used to be a shop there called Freedom Hair and Tanning......
East side of building....
Old green "barn light"
North side.....
Wintercreeper taking over the place......such an invasive plant!
Yes, the old MFA building...now houses the Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry.......
Beautiful day here for the first week of January...check out that brilliant blue sky!

Loved seeing the different parts to the old bldg....whoever would have thought that would have so many "pieces" of interest but you have pointed them out. FYI, Bill painted the Loaves and Fishes sign that first hung on Tom Coffey's swap shop when the pantry was there. That sky was beautiful! What wonderful weather.
