When Richard was doing firewood out at his Dad's a few days ago, he brought me back this dish detergent can out of an old trash dump....I don't recall dish detergent coming in metal cans...anyway, the woman has on her required apron and doesn't she look happy? haha!
I do remember ads from the past making a big deal out of dish soap being gentle on the hands...suppose detergents were harsher then and of course, no dishwashers, so women did a lot more dishes by hand.
