Here is what I had for lunch Saturday....it was so good....and it's the tomatoes and avacados that made it great! Only thing that would have been better would have been garden tomatoes!
Sunday night dinner to celebrate Father's Day...had a baked potato to go with this!

OMG -- that food looks great! I'm a great fan of avocados too! They are fairly inexpensive right now in our stores. Bet happy to have some home-grown tomatoes too! K
