A Surprise Visitor
When I was going back into church the other day after changing the sign I about dropped my tray of letters! I don't like snakes.....Richard said this is a "good" snake, but they always just startle me!
It just stuck around for a while so I could take pictures of it.
Still don't like snakes.......
I think it was keeping it's eye on me to see if I was ever going to leave!

I'm with you, I do not like snakes!!
Oh my goodness! I'm so glad that snake waited until I left before showing himself! I'm deathly afraid of snakes and probably would have had to take a hoe to it.
That was quite a whopper. The "new" church where we are sits on top of copperheads supposedly -- said when they built it and even in recent years remodeling, they killed hundreds (seriously). I never walk in a dark room at the church and now with that news will be very cautious....wheeee! Happy Easter!!!
It gave me quite a start! I have heard that copperheads live in almost like colonies sometimes....I have heard of a couple of properties around here that are supposedly copperhead "dens" I don't want any part of that! Happy Easter to you also....
I know Rata, snakes just always surprise me...
