Do the Roar!

Richard cooked for the monthly Lion's Club meeting yesterday...here are part of the ten slabs of ribs he did...

A few pork steaks..

baked beans.

I made a chocolate sheet cake for them

and a salad

He fried potato chips

and cooked a big beef brisket..
It all turned out pretty good and we made some extra to share with a few people!

Dad is the best at cooking. He needs to teach me how to smoke meat ;)
