Tuesday Randoms

We had my Grandma Frieda's chicken and rice the other night....with green beans and a salad...good meal for a chilly night!

I cleaned out a drawer today and came across a few pages of gift tags....Isn't that clown scary?! Ha!

We went to the Lion's Club Christmas Dinner tonight and Richard won this huge flower arrangement...now what to do with it?

Richard cooked for the monthly Lion's Club meeting yesterday...here are part of the ten slabs of ribs he did...

I made a chocolate sheet cake for them

and a salad

He fried potato chips

and cooked a big beef brisket..

It all turned out pretty good and we made some extra to share with a few people!

Tuesday Photo Dump

I bought these last year at our church's ladies group yard sale....They are made of metal....I took two to the river and have four here in town.

Last week Richard helped cook for the Lion's Club monthly meeting. They also had chicken and about every Summertime side you can think of!

Sunflower that volunteered where we have zinnias planted by our garage.

We had visitors at the cabin last weekend! My aunt and uncle from Nebraska and my cousin and his son from Oklahoma.  We had a fish fry Saturday evening and was sure neat to get to visit with them!

My husband and our son-in-law did the cooking for this month's Lion's Club meeting. If this wouldn't make a person want to be a Lion, I'm not sure what would! Beef Brisket, Ribs....they also had beans....and hash brown casserole...homemade slaw....two desserts....AND

While the meeting was going on I got to watch this little guy while his Mom went for a walk!
