Have been doing some digging through one of our cedar chests this morning and found this dresser scarf I guess it is...picture doesn't really show it, but has some pretty flowers embroidered along the edge...it was folded around that piece of newspaper laying by it....
newspaper is from 1945
I didn't know it was that old, but the "Buy Victory Bonds" caught my eye..

I have some of Dodie's dresser scarves and doilies. Use a couple of them on her antique bed set that I have. Love to read old newspapers, so interesting.
