near the top of what we call Henderson Eddy...this one is in a lot worse shape. It is nearer to the water and appeared to have been messed with...
we used to use railroad spikes on our limb lines,etc...last Spring's flood uncovered a pile of them near the boat ramp.

Cardinal flower...didn't see but a couple of these....
snapping turtle enjoying the sun...we watched him and a good sized flock of turkeys moving along the bank at the same time
