An Eagle and a Lion

Wednesday afternoon was so nice that we went down to the cabin to check

on things...About the time we were getting ready to leave we saw this eagle flying 

around above the river. Richard took this picture of it when it landed on a tree

across the river.  We were standing on the middle of the deck.

This clock was a wedding gift to us from friends...We displayed it in our house for many

years and then Richard had it in his office for many years...Since he is retired now, he

took it to his Lion's Club meeting Tuesday night to ask if he could hang it up in the Lion's 

building.....It sure has been a good clock!
