I did some exploring while Richard was working on a survey  a week or so ago. This picture was taken from the entrance of one side of the shed...would have been fun to go inside and look around, but didn't feel comfortable doing that...

Found this huge black snake skin in the Mae Yard the other day....looks to be six feet long! and fairly big around too.  We had both been right through this area a couple times not long before I found this so we barely missed the snake itself. The skin was still moist!

took this picture the next day of it's open mouth. I know black snakes are the farmer's friend...just hope I don't come across it...this was a big snake!

Yesterday I dumped out the tote of doll bits and pieces to see if Cinderella was hiding in there....she wasn't, but oh boy doesn't this look great? headless, armless, legless dolls...there is Prince Charming missing both of his legs!

There was a little plastic cow tangled up in Ariel's hair...oh my..

at least I have an equal number of heads and bodies missing heads! Ha!

and they all look so happy! Ha!

 Richard brushed some excess fur from Molly a couple evenings this week...Jack totally loved rolling around in it....laying on it...biting at it...throwing it around, etc.

Two dolls I came across in the dungeon recently. One is missing an arm, the other's eyes are all messed up...and do you think I actually threw them away? Of course not! Ha!

I think I may have had these on here before....at any rate I do believe they qualify for Freaky Friday! They have been in a basket in the playroom since being cleaned up. Monday I stupidly took a load of misc items back down to the basement, and these were in it. I should "move these on" to a new "home"

Spice Girls and Andrew Jackson

I found this little figurine thing in a box in the dungeon....Did not know what/who it was..Sarah thought it was a Spice Girl from that music group.  I put the $20 behind it to show how small it was.....Andrew Jackson is watching over things...almost looks kind of sad! Ha!

Look what I found when I was sorting through stuffed animals in the dungeon a week or so ago! A headless lamb! Absolute proof that I never throw anything away! Ha! And does she throw it away now, you ask? Of course not! The head is bound to be down there....somewhere......Happy Friday!

A few days ago, I was cutting the tomatoes ties off the posts, to make it easier when Richard went to pull them up....about the fifth post I did I came across this spider......we are thinking it's a black widow...Here it is after we disturbed it....

Before that it was tending to it's egg nest thing...It was actually kind of tucked behind a tomato vine, right next to the post...

Probably a good thing it's a long time until I'll be picking fresh tomatoes again! Hopefully I will  forget about this by then! Ha!

Tuesday we started the process of closing the cabin.. One of the things I did was to take all the bedding off the beds.  I had picked up a pillow (that was under a comforter) and felt something inside the case...felt kind of like  a AA battery or something...sooo I turned the pillow upside down and out came what I thought at the time was a huge live lizard! About scared me to death! haha  It quickly scampered under the bed, so Richard  moved the bed and caught it and said it was actually a skink....We let him go and he took off too fast to get a picture...again, probably a good thing it's going to be a long time until someone sleeps in that bed!

Picture taken at the rocky area by the river in front of the cabin....the round item by the spider that looks like a rock is actually an egg sack....the spider was dragging it around..I suppose to get away from us!
