Kids at the Cabin

We took the two oldest Grandkids down to the cabin this evening....no swimming, as the river is still up a bit and muddy, but we had a great time anyway! They had a lot of fun in the sandbox!  Here Tyler is burying Emily's legs.

First  time we have done this with them.....went to look into the cave, had no intentions of entering it and that is probably a good thing, as they weren't too sure about it..

Tyler wanted to get out the Sorry game, so we played a round of that game..he really liked that!

After a bit of playtime in the cabin, it was time for a dinner of hot dogs, brats, garden tomatoes and honey dew melon....after s'mores it was time to go home! We had a good time for sure!

Pollen for the Bee

Here are some of those items in the random pile the other day..the pony in particular turned out pretty good!

I saw these bees the other day on the Rose of Sharon bushes...they were coated in pollen! Bet they were liking that!

Hermann Trip

We went to Hermann on Monday for our 35th wedding anniversary....we had a good time and so did sock monkey! The BBQ place we planned to eat at was closed, even though their website and the sign on their door said they were open on Mondays, they weren't open on that Monday! Ha! So we ate at this place...

Sock Monkey was confused as to why the brat was drinking a beer!

Gourd/Pumpkin Progress

I took some pictures a couple days ago of some of the progress on the Fall decorations.....I think we are going to have a decent amount of pumpkins and gourds come Fall....I think this one is what that funny white flower turns into....

Ouch! this one is growing up and through the fence....wish I would have noticed it earlier, I would have trained it not to be in the fence..

Disney Dolls

These are full size dolls..Not sure why there is no "before" pictures...maybe I had them on here already...they had their spa day a while back, just hadn't dressed them yet so they could be ready for their "trip"  Two Belles and two Jasmines...

the Beast, Aladdin, Sleeping Beauty and Snow White....

and three Ariels..had a bit of trouble with their tops and just went with it! Ha!

Other clothes,etc. Yes, there is Cinderella's dress,etc. I can't find her. I am thinking I may have dressed her in Barbie stuff thinking she was a Barbie...extra clothes for some of the others are here....the missing Snow White's dress, poor Prince Charming's clothes....and I left some of the little pieces in the tote. Use your imagination! Ha!
