Here is my entry for the social distance egg hunt that is being organized for our town. You can an egg up and the families drive around and spot them...so I think this will work and sure hope the kids have fun looking all over town for eggs!

Saturday Afternoon in the Woods
We took a walk in the Mae Woods and Creek on Saturday...Sarah's idea.... the kids loved it! Fun to see them explore so much! Here is a turtle that was coming out of its mud bed!
Was a good time to explore down there since there was water flowing in the creek and it wasn't all stagnant.

Dutchmen's Breeches..blooming today down at the cabin. Colors seems kid of washed out, they sure were pretty!

Field Trip
We traveled over to a neighboring county to look at a survey job. This was such a neat place. An old settlement along an abandoned county road...Lots of neat old buildings!
love the tattered curtains and all the natural rock. Note the unbroken blue fruit jars.
Lots of hand-hewn limestone..very impressive

Huge Sycamore along the old county road..what appearsto be a sign grown into the tree..
and an insulator hanging on a wiree up in the tree.
It was a neat place and so glad we went! the picture of this store was from the trip over there. Neat looking place!
