Out in the Yard

I took these pictures last week in front of the house. Every year the bees,etc

like the "live forever" plant we got from my Nebraska grandparents.

We have had a lot of squirrels this year in our yard...

more than I ever remember having before...

These popped up on the North side of the house.....

Dungeon Time

There are plenty of boxes in the dungeon that look similar to this! Sometimes they make me want to scream! haha!

This stuff dates back to our wedding...why, yes, there is a

"it's  a girl!" poster...from 1988! haha!

mention" on an auction sale bill! Never know what you are going to find
in the dungeon!

Fun at the Mae Place

The other day I was over at the Mae Place and actually thought

about going into the cellar and cleaning it up/nose around.  Then I thought

I don't think so! Maybe when it's like zero degrees or something so there

would be less chance of me coming across a creepy/crawling thing!

Have alot of these...this is probably half of them...Would be good to use

when doing trot lines...but really, do I need that many? hahaa!

Mute Monday- A Day at the Farm

Freeburg Sale

I went to a garage type sale in the next town to the North this afternoon.

I bought this old rusty child's wagon..I think I will like using it as some

sort of display in the yard..

Couldn't pass up this carrying case for  little cars..

There were cars being sold separately, so I bought 15 of them...can't have

too many cars, right?

Didn't need this either, but it will make a good door stop..

until I wham my foot into it..that is going to hurt......

Tyler loved all the new little cars!

He was hooked on these two in particular...His little hands are so cute holding them!

What a sweet little boy he is!

Happy Anniversary!

I want to wish a very Happy Anniversary to our daughter and her husband! They are two very special people in our lives...hope this day (and all days)  is a great one! Love you!

Old Paper Stuff

An old puzzle...interesting picture, but has seen better days!

These old business cards came out of the old school building.

Interesting in that no websites are listed....also these were from before

our area code was changed. Wonder how many of these are still around.

Also in with these papers was an account of how all the typewriters at

school were stolen on January 8, 1968. As far as I know, they were never

recovered.

no mention of anything related to a computer here....it was a different time.
