 We took our boat out today, first time this year. We saw quite a bit of damage from the flood....this is Johnson Island, looking downriver....picture doesn't really show it, but lots of trees knocked down and huge piles of logs and other debris.

Like the ground had been stripped clean

Several areas had large sections of bank gone....this area is at the bottom of Terry Chutes...but there are plenty other areas like this, also areas with huge piles of logs and trees.....also trees leaned over, broken off of just plain gone.

and this....all that is left of the pink cabin...such a landmark on the river, just gone.

We are going to hope we don't have any more floods like that!
