Last Summer Richard bought this fryer....of course I didn't find out about it until last month,
when he used it for his retirement dinner...he had left it up there at work to use...
I guess this means it holds eight and a half gallons of oil? Wow!
Here is a pix of him using it to fry potatoes for Sarah to take to an event...
It would appear you can cook a lot of stuff rather quickly with this! Will come in handy
when he is cooking for a crowd, like church dinners..
Surfaces may be hot? What a surprise! haha!
