There were several old postcards in that last box....most were bundled together with a rubber band.
This one is from when my Dad's Uncle went to the New York World's Fair.
I brought these upstairs to look at them..and to do pictures....the lighting is better
upstairs for that...some of them are pretty neat!

I loved all of these, especially the notes from his grandmother and dad. I had forgot about autograph books. They were still the in thing when we were in grade school. It was always so hard to figure out what to write. My Mom is real witty and could memorize poems, riddles, sayings, etc. She would sometimes tell a few to me to use the next day. I usually got them all mixed up though. lol
